Overview:
Our first visit during our NYC trip was to the Chinese Community Center of Flushing (CCCF). When we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm greeting and automatically sensed a friendly environment. The mission of the CCCF is “To promote, inspire, and enrich the lives of Chinese children, adults, and families through programs that help their social, spiritual, and educational needs.”
Table Tennis just so happens to be one of the programs that easily reaches across the generation gaps of the community center and helps them achieve their goals. However, the table tennis program there is not limited to only the Chinese community. CCCF is also dedicated to growing the sport of table tennis to anyone that is interested. With multiple high level coaches, numerous programs and classes, there shouldn’t be any doubt that table tennis will grow in Flushing, NY!
